براي ساخت بعضي از قطعات که کل قطعه از طريق عملات ماشين کاري توليد مي گردد، نياز به استفاده از 4 يا 5 محور از محورهاي حرکتي ماشين ‏‎CNC‎‏ بطور همزمان مي باشد. بعبارت ديگر درتوليد اين قطعات لازم است که نوک ابزار تمام قطعه را لمس نمايد. اکثر قطعاتي که از اين طريق توليد مي شوند، و بيشتر مورد استفاده صنايع نظامي قرار مي گيرند، عبارتند از: پره هاي توربين اعم از توربينهاي نيروگاههاي يا هواپيما.جهت توليد اين گونه قطعات، نرم افزارهاي طراحي و توليد به کمک کامپيوتر وجود دارند که توانايي ماشين کاري پنج محور بطور همزمان را دارا هستند که این نرم افزار کمک شایانی به انجام این عملیات میکند
