in my idea , we should think about future
but we should'nt afraid about it , because
it may cause, we lose present and also
if we focuse in present , probably we can't reach some thing
future is our wishes , things that we try for them

hamster , bird , .....
Later
I have a hamster
but she perished after 2.5 years
And i had sadly days

I think, when you(anyone) are angry, you are supposed to be in one of the either situations. First, the situation over which you have No control; when you have intentionally bothered someone, and you can’t stop feeling guilty, as well as not being able to change that person’s bad feeling towards yourself.


The second one and the one which you can some how control, and it usually
depends on how much resilient you are, is when someone or sth(not yourself) brings about such situations. For this situations, i think the best option can be to talk about it .to a good and optimism friend. They can be really effective

when I was younger some situations made me nervous &I became angry soon. Anon I became regretful & wished the clock turned back that I correct my behavior
Now I learned my lesson & when I be in these situations I prefer to be calm and rational. I think leaving the place for some minutes & then analyzing the problems is the best way
