From the following link you can see the main web site of the ESDEP course. Its content is completely about steel structures.

You can download pdf version from the following link and it contains 5118 pages. After extracting its capacity should be 137 MB. But I didn’t go through all of the pages available as it has over 5000 pages. However as my observation the pdf is ok.
