The tallest residential tower in the EU (2nd in Europe behind only Triumph Place in Moscow) has just topped out in the constantly regenerating Manchester. Beetham is an up and coming tower builder since finishing this first tower in 2004, he could be compared to the UK version of Trump, but rising from scratch and aiming higher at a record pace.
